Step by step guide to completing your TruGreen satisfaction survey

Looking to leave feedback on your most recent service visit? Maybe you've had a wonderful experience and would like to recognize your TruGreen specialist for a job well done. Maybe you aren't satisfied with your results and need followup. Not to fear, taking a survey online is easy if you follow these steps.

If you already have a TruGreen online account, click here to log in
To create an online account, click here to register. You will need your TruGreen account number handy (this can be found on bills, welcome letters or emails, and post-service emails)
Once you have logged in, click "Send us your feedback" on the left-hand side (see the above picture)
You will be taken to our quick online survey. It will only take a few minutes to complete!
